Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a hands-on technique that works the fascia — the connective tissue membrane that surrounds muscles and organs. Using sustained pressure and slow gliding strokes, the therapist releases adhesions and areas of tension (trigger points), restoring mobility and easing pain. It can be done with the hands or with tools. A session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.
