Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a technique of Japanese origin that applies pressure with the fingers, palms and elbows on specific points of the body (tsubos), along the energy meridians. It brings relief from chronic pain, neck tension and headaches, and improves sleep. A session lasts 60 to 90 minutes. It is performed with the client dressed, on a futon or table.

Can I have Shiatsu without taking off my clothes?
Yes. Shiatsu is performed with the person dressed, usually in comfortable clothing. No oils are used.
